My Apple Summer Semester Webcast
August 31st, 2011 by Dan Meyer
I did a twenty-five minute presentation for Apple's Summer Semester followed by two shorter tutorials. ("Analytic Geometry" and "Mathematical Storytelling.") If you and I didn't run into each other at one of my talks this summer, please consider this a good, quick summary of my recent work. Questions? Comments? Please let me know.

Is this available for the non itunes users?
Not that I’m aware of.
But seriously, Yost, itunes is a free download.
And the webcast is free.
And you can uninstall itunes once you’re done.
Ehm…. if it would have been Windows only, all Mac users would have been very mad, but now “we can just download it for free”?
I love your posts, I love your ideas, Dan. I even showed your TED Talk to a collegue in my university and within 48 hours a whole bunch of students in the BEd program were watching it (in the Netherlands, they were Dutch teachers in training). But you got to think more open. WordPress: check. Sharing ideas: check. Sharing materials: check. Vendor lockin: pity. Just a darn shame…. makes your ideas less accessable. And they are so worth being seen by everybody!
